This is a high-viscosity perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease, thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This grease is often used on key stabilisers and linear switches, as it has high viscosity, with the consistency of thick peanut butter. It is recommended for use by experienced keyboard builders who are trying to achieve a specific key feel. It uses a high-efficiency thickener, with very low molecular weight, which can benefit the acoustic properties of the grease when in use. This product is NLGI grade 2, and is a great lubricant in its own right, however its thicker consistency makes it a great base for mixing with GPL-106 oil to produce a grease with the perfect softness for your particular needs.
